How it works

Our preliminary analysis

Ashdon Properties uses sophisticated technology and a highly skilled and experienced team to analyse hundreds of properties each week for development potential. 

 

Working together

We offer to work with a few select property owners whose properties fit our stringent criteria. If you decide to work with us, we will then spend about two weeks to evaluate your property. 

An agreement

We will then come to a win-win proposal for how to get the greatest potential out of your property. Typically you, the property owner would achieve a greater value for the property than you would now, and we would seek to share in the uplift gain in return for going through the risky planning process.

Planning permission 

We will then proceed to secure planning permission, using our experienced team of architects and planning consultants.

 

Build out   

We will build out the approved planning permission and share the resulting uplift with you. You get a greater return on your property than you would otherwise.
